Host at least one 20-minute roundtable presentation (with 10 minutes of presentation and 10 minutes of questions). At least 1 representatitve required per roundtable (May 17, 2024 , between 2-4pm PST) .
Have the technology (i.e. computer and internet access) to engage with participants during the event (i.e. typed and verbal chat).
Have a follow-up strategy for any interactions.
Representatives will not be needed to man booths and interviews are not required/offered for this event.
