Employer Expectations:

• Employers’ registration is free for all and you DO NOT need to be actively hiring to participate.
• Be online and active from 12:30pm – 3:00pm PST at your firm’s booth to engage with attendees or host 1:1 interviews (except for the timeslot of your roundtable).
• Host at least one 20-minute roundtable presentation during the active hours (with 10 minutes of presentation and 10 minutes of questions). At least 1 representative is required per roundtable (November 1st, 2024, between 12:30pm – 3:00pm PST)
• Have the technology (i.e. computer, internet access, and camera) to engage with participants during the event (i.e. typed and verbal chat).
• Have a follow-up strategy for any interactions.
